Food Preservation Class

August 17 – Jams and Jellies September 14 – Fruits October 12 – Pie Fillings All classes held from 10am-12noon. $30 per class. Call 940-574-4914 to sign up!  

Pressure Canner Testing

August 13th – 1-4pm August 15th – 9am-12noon Fee: $2 Call the Extension Office today at 940-574-4914 to set up an appointment! Be sure to bring your pressure canner gauge and lid for inspection.
